Every night, Sofia builds your next session from your own answers. Your weakest skills, things you may be about to forget, what matters most on the exam and your most frequent mistakes all help shape the plan.
Sofia also looks back over the last three weeks. Do mistakes suggest a misunderstanding, carelessness, guessing or time pressure? Those patterns help Sofia choose what you need to practise next.
You get explanations for mistakes. Then the questions come back after 2, 3, 7 and 14 days, giving you another go before what you have learnt starts to fade.

Graded by code
Exact comparison, unit conversion and computer algebra check your answers. Never a language model. Correct answers in another form are accepted, such as the Swedish decimal notation 3,27 for 9,82/3, 1,4·10^23 or log2(3). If the code cannot decide, it says so instead of marking you wrong.

Paper, like the real exam
Print your session and work by hand, just as you will in the exam. Type in your answers afterwards. The same code grades them as when you practise on screen.

A little insight for parents
An optional weekly email summarises completed sessions, missed days, strength by subtest and weakest skills. Outcomes, rather than every answer. If you are 18 or over, this needs your consent.
A parent signing up their child can choose a playful voice with dad jokes or mum jokes in the letters, or let Sofia write as a coach.

LÄS: 47 texts from Swedish authorities, courts and classic authors, with 146 questions and answer explanations written for Sofia. LÄS is practised separately and is not part of the mock exams.

Common questions
What does it cost, and how do I cancel?
Try 7 days free, without a card. Afterwards, an adult can choose Monthly for SEK 149/month or an Exam Pass for a single payment of SEK 499, including VAT. The free week does not lead to an automatic charge.
Cancel Monthly with one click in your account. It stays active until the end of the paid period, with no further renewals. The Exam Pass lasts until the exam date shown at purchase and does not renew. Purchases have a 14-day right of withdrawal with a full refund. Read the terms (på svenska).
How close are the questions to the real exam?
The HP part is built on real Högskoleprovet papers. In ORD, XYZ, KVA and NOG you practise on questions from earlier exams, exactly as they appeared. The new questions, including DTK, MEK and ELF, follow the same question types, format and time pressure. In LÄS you read 47 texts from Swedish authorities, courts and classic authors, with questions and explanations written for Sofia in the Högskoleprovet format. LÄS is practised separately and is not part of the mock exams.
The MFP problems are new and built on the real maths and physics exams. Every new question is first solved blind by several independent AI models and is used only when they all reach the same answer.
Can I start under 18? What can a parent see?
Yes, you can start the free week yourself. A guardian or another adult must make any purchase.
A parent can receive an optional weekly email summary: completed sessions, missed days, strength by subtest and weakest skills. It does not include each question or answer. If you are 18 or over, this is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw.
What happens to my data?
Your account and study answers are needed to give you personal practice. Stripe handles payments; Sofia does not store card details. Study data is deleted when the account is deleted or after 24 months of inactivity. Accounting records are kept for 7 years.
We use no trackers or advertising cookies. The service has only a necessary login cookie. Read the privacy policy (på svenska) or the short version (på svenska).
Can I practise on paper?
Yes. Print today's session, solve the problems by hand and type in your answers afterwards. The same code grades them and they inform your future practice, just as when you work on screen.
How does the practice adapt to me?
The first week finds out what you know. Each night, Sofia uses your answers to choose the next session: weaker skills, things you may be about to forget, the exam's priorities and recurring mistakes. Three weeks of answers help distinguish misunderstandings from carelessness, guessing and time pressure.
Mistakes return after 2, 3, 7 and 14 days. The level sits a little above your current one, and the pace follows the time until the exam. You can change the settings in one place, but you do not have to.
